The Paterna Technology Park, located in Valencia, has approved the creation of a highly successful business environment, offering specialised infrastructures and workspaces for companies.
This environment is characterised by advanced services in technology, communications and research centres, all designed to boost business success. In addition, the park fosters cooperation with academic institutions, provides leisure areas and ample parking, thus creating a conducive environment and quality of life.

Nine Technological Institutes supported by IMPIVA and collaborations with relevant academic and business institutions stand out in this enclave. The aim of these centres is to promote the technological updating of companies and industrial diversification. Centralisation in the Technology Park encourages direct interaction with researchers, emphasises the importance of research, constant innovation, excellent communications and a strong commitment to the environment.

ACCESSIBILITY

Located just seven kilometres from the city of Valencia, the park enjoys excellent accessibility to the main communication routes, such as the Valencia motorway, which connects with the European motorway network (Barcelona-France and Alicante), as well as the Madrid motorway. It is also five kilometres from the International Airport and twelve kilometres from the International Port of Valencia and is well served by public transport, including buses and the metro.

As for its surroundings, the city of Valencia, with a population of approximately one million inhabitants, is the capital of the Valencian Community. It enjoys a temperate climate with an average temperature of around 18°C, making it a very active and vibrant urban centre on the Mediterranean coast. The surrounding area is made up of high and mid-range residential areas offering a wide range of leisure facilities, shopping centres, sports and cultural facilities.
